Lauren Koenigshofer
Associate Director of Housing & Services, Solano County

Lauren began her work in Sonoma County, supporting homelessness and housing programs and developing specialized experience working with Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and tribal communities. Her career has included street outreach, shelter, supportive housing, rapid rehousing, housing navigation, subsidy administration, and services supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Lauren later served in leadership roles in Napa County before transitioning to her current role in Solano County, where she supports a broad portfolio of housing and homelessness programs. Her work focuses on strengthening program operations, developing teams, building strong county and community partnerships, and improving access to housing and supportive services.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University. Her educational background, combined with her experience in direct services and program leadership, has shaped her approach to building strong, sustainable programs that meet the needs of the communities they serve
