Angelito Tolentino
Chief Financial Officer, Abode Housing Development & Abode Property Management

Angelito is responsible for building and maintaining strong financial systems, reporting, and forecasting to support long-term organizational health and growth for two of the three agencies within the Abode family.

A seasoned and trusted strategic advisor to CEOs, presidents, and boards of trustees, Angelito provides strategic financial leadership at Abode Housing Development and Abode Property Management. He is a certified public accountant and finance executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, CDFI, affordable housing, education, food security, and public sector organizations.

Prior to joining Abode, Angelito served as CFO at Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County, where he led finance and accounting for the multi-entity nonprofit organization and directed budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and financial reporting, among other duties.

Angelito holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
