Monique Davis-DeRobertis

President, Artemis Construction Management

Mrs. Davis-DeRobertis is a seasoned construction manager with expertise in design, construction, and real estate development. She has 27 years of experience in construction management, and has spent 15 years helping to build more than 1,700 homes.

She founded Artemis Construction Management after serving as the Associate Director of Design & Construction at MidPen Housing. She has a strong track record of completing complex projects on time and within budget, primarily serving the Bay Area and Sacramento. Driven by her passion for balancing quality and cost-efficiency, she collaborates effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals. A longtime Northern California resident, she is an active member of the Nonprofit Housing Authority of Northern California; and is a certified Associate Design-Build Professional (Associate DBIA).

Mrs. Davis-DeRobertis holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. She also has earned recognition as a Certified Construction Manager – the highest designation awarded to construction managers worldwide for demonstrating a commitment to the pursuit of knowledge and excellence in construction management.
