Juliana Juarez
Director of Contracts Administration

Juliana is responsible for vetting all new contracts to ensure continuity of business practices and ensuring that Abode programs’ contractual obligations are met and supported by internal agency policies and procedures. She provides oversight to programs across the agency by assisting with budget monitoring, creating customized reports pertaining to housing and service delivery outcomes, and initiating the development of improvement-work plans related to administrative and financial management. Juliana has spent nearly a decade working at Abode, where she applies her excellent leadership skills, organizational expertise, and rich knowledge of HUD Standards, policy, data analysis, and the implementation of innovative strategies to assist the agency and enhance its performance. She develops strategic action plans to obtain contractual agreements and helps standardize the agency’s record-keeping practices. She also has experience with supporting program budget creation and monitoring grant consumption.

Juliana holds Associate degrees in political science and criminal justice. She has been nominated four times for Abode’s Employee Recognition Award for Outstanding Performance and won the award in 2015.
