Jasmine is responsible for overseeing the property management operations of Abode's commercial, affordable, and supportive housing communities. She ensures that property operations are fiscally sound, and our housing retention plan, service coordination, and landlord/tenant legal functions are in compliance with organizational standards. In addition, Jasmine oversees rent-management systems and monitors rent collection, lease renewals, rent increases, lease contracts, and recertifications. She is responsible for Abode-managed properties’ adherence to all laws pertaining to fair housing, fire, and life safety, as well as environmenal regulations. As an experienced property supervisor, Jasmine is dedicated to ensuring safe and high-quality housing for vulnerable individuals. She has a strong background in managing affordable housing programs tied to HUD, TCAC, permanent supportive Housing, transitional housing, behavioral health, property management, and ADA guidelines. Her expertise includes leadership, customer relations, budget development, and ensuring the safety and operations of multi-family housing assets and commercial businesses.
