Jane Choe
Director of Behavioral Health, Santa Clara County

At Abode Services, Jane focuses on ensuring the highest standards of mental health and wellness care for program participants, supporting clinical supervisors and other key team members to bring quality mental health services to program participants. She leads clinical teams, develops protocols, and drives quality improvement strategies to address the diverse needs of individuals facing homelessness or who have been experiencing chronic homelessness. Jane oversees all clinical care provided to program participants receiving specialty mental health services, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, ethics, and compliance. She also leads the development and implementation of quality assurance and improvement strategies for Cal-Aim and clinical programs. In her prior position at Abode Services – clinical supervisor and program manager – she conducted and improved agency-wide trainings on mental illness awareness, various therapeutic models, assessments, treatment planning, Medi-Cal documentation, and documentation standards. 

Jane has a Master’s degree in social work from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor’s degree in media studies from Pennsylvania State University.
