Abode seeks to provide the best possible service to its program participants, partners, and the community as a whole. We strive to prevent the escalation of conflicts, resolve conflicts effectively, and improve program environments for participants and staff. Program and residential staff are responsible for ensuring that any complaint or grievance received is administered sensitively, quickly, and fairly.
It is the strict policy of Abode Services that complaints or grievances filed either internally or with an outside organization will not result in retaliation toward the complainant or create a barrier to the provision of services or support.
