Great Society, Circle of Friends

We would like to thank all members of the Home Builders Society and the Harriet Despeaux Legacy Circle for everything you do to help our mission.  

We are so grateful for your support, especially during the holiday season as we reflect on how your generous gifts bolster our efforts throughout the year.    

Over the past year:

• Abode assisted more than 15,000 people in our programs.

• Our housing programs served 6,748 people on a given night, providing safe, stable homes to those who would otherwise be homeless or at severe risk of losing their housing.

• We served more than 500 veterans.

• We assisted approximately 3,000 children.

• More than 2,500 people in our programs exited into permanent housing.

• 3.5 percent of the adults we served are veterans.

• 21 percent of those we served are children.

We are equally excited to continue our work in the new year. We also look forward to seeing each of you at our Journey Home Breakfast, the annual Home Builders Society fiesta, and many other events we have scheduled in 2024.
