Gail Price
Community Volunteer
Ms. Price has served on both the Palo Alto School Board and the Palo Alto City Council. She has a combination of 30 years of experience as a local and regional community and transportation planner, and as a nonprofit administrator and fundraiser for the San Jose Museum of Art. She also was executive director of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Santa Clara Valley. Ms. Price recently was chair and member of the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Board, and was appointed to the Blue Ribbon Commission on Improving Custody Operations and the Jail Diversion Committee. She has served on numerous boards and commissions related to the arts, childcare, social services, and permanent supportive housing. She also is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Palo Alto. She holds a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from UC Berkeley, and a Master's degree from the University of Maryland.
