Associate Director of Billing & Budgeting
Crystal oversees and manages the billing of all government contracts, advising Abode supervisors on the day-to-day implementation and interpretation of changes to ensure that all policies and procedures meet compliance. She assists in managing duties tied to billing, collections, customer services, and budget preparation, and helps coordinate daily activities related to planning, implementing, and maintaining all functions pertinent to government invoicing areas. Her responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly program invoicing and assisting the director in establishing a strong rapport with Abode’s funders. In addition, she develops internal processes to ensure accurate billing of receivables and serves as agency liaison and primary contact for funders on all items related to invoicing, including more than 120 government contracts.
She has more than a dozen years of professional experience in her field. Before joining Abode, she worked as the contracts fiscal compliance manager at Glide Foundation in San Francisco.
Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.
