Christopher Wemp
Director of Training & Quality Improvement

Christopher is responsible for directing Abode activities in learning and development, and quality improvement (QI). He oversees the design and implementation of comprehensive standards-based programs, as well as the agency’s values-based virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs. This work is informed by his oversight of quality-improvement activities, in which he supports Abode in delivering high-quality services in an environment that is customer-oriented, data-driven, performance-based, and mission-driven.

Christopher graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in music and political science from Santa Clara University, and holds a Master’s degree in educational leadership from Santa Clara University. He has also earned a Master’s degree in theological studies from the Jesuit School of Theology. He has more than 10 years of experience in learning and development leadership in local, national, and international contexts.
