Will provides leadership and strategic direction to Abode’s People Operations function, which includes Human Resources, Employee Experience, Training and Quality Improvement, Health and Safety, and the Lived Experience Advisory Board (LEAB). He brings more than 20 years of Human Resources and People Operations experience across multiple industries and organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. His work focuses on strengthening organizational effectiveness, developing leaders, and creating an employee experience that supports engagement, accountability, and performance.

Prior to joining Abode, Will served as Vice President of Human Resources at Super Store Industries, where he led Human Resources and People Operations, reported directly to the CEO, and partnered closely with the Board of Directors. He developed and executed people strategies supporting organizational growth and change, leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and acquisition integration. As a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, Will has written and contributed to articles on topics including change management, talent acquisition, total rewards, artificial intelligence, and the employee experience.

Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Management Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from UMass Global. He holds SHRM SCP and SPHR certifications and has completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
