Ending homelessness takes a community. Whether you’re serving meals at one of our shelters, supporting residents in permanent supportive housing, assisting with donation drives, or lending your skills at special events, Abode volunteers help make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout the Bay Area.

Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age. If you are under 18, a parental consent form must be completed.
Abode partners with businesses, community groups, schools, faith communities, and local organizations to create customized donation drives that meet the evolving needs of the individuals and families we serve. Whether you're organizing a holiday giving campaign, collecting school supplies, collecting everyday essentials, or coordinating a team volunteer day, we will work with you to create a meaningful and rewarding experience.
