Kevin oversees and supports Abode's HR, IT, training, compliance, risk management, contracts, quality improvement, and evaluation functions. He is also a leader in strategic planning, organizational design, results-oriented operations, and change management, helping to lead the agency through critical phases. He joined Abode in March 2024. Kevin has more than 25 years of experience as an executive managing complex, mission-driven organizations. In addition to a long career in social and community organizations, Kevin has also worked as a college professor and school administrator, served as the board chair of an international academic institution, and is a leadership and organizational consultant.

Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Leadership & Organizational Health from the University of Saint Mary, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is a certified HR Organizational Development Practitioner and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) Specialist.
