Juana oversees the property operations team for Abode Property Management and Abode Housing Development. She also manages the agencies’ most important asset management initiatives, including leasing, marketing, rent collection, facilities maintenance, compliance monitoring, brokerage, asset reporting, and capital improvements. She is responsible for maintaining the positive reputation earned by an organization that insists on resident satisfaction and retention, strategic financial planning, and operational excellence to ensure the sustainability of every asset.

Juana oversees the property and asset management department, which operates more than 30 residential properties and 16 commercial/retail properties as supportive and affordable housing options across the Bay Area. She has extensive experience as a licensed broker with the State of California Department of Real Estate, and more than 20 years of experience in affordable, supportive, commercial/retail, public, and conventional housing.  

She is an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She holds a Bachelor's degree in business management and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, a Master's of Business Administration degree in public administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Phoenix.
