Valle Verde Apartments was constructed in 2024 by Abode Housing Development consisting of 24 family apartment structure adjoining Heritage House including 12 one-bedroom units, 6 two-bedroom units, and 6 three-bedroom units. 9 of these are ADA mobility equipped, including one AVI unit. Four are set aside for Coordinated Entry occupancy by formerly unhoused families, and there are 14 dedicated Joe Serna Agricultural Worker units. There is a large Community Space on the ground floor, a laundry room, a children’s playground in the central courtyard, outside seating, and a basketball court. Abode Services provides on-site support including case management, mobile health support, education and socialization opportunities, behavioral health, and so much more.
