Union City Bridgeway is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in Union City, Alameda County. The community offers three two- and three-bedrooms units within a triplex building. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with Alameda County HCD, the community is committed to providing safe, stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
