South Park Commons is a permanent supportive housing site developed in 2024 by Abode Housing Development in the city of Santa Rosa. This site features a range of studios, and apartments with one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, primarily built for families who have previously experienced homelessness. Wraparound supportive services are provided to this building by Abode Services. Abode Housing Development and Freebird jointly developed the 2.5-acre site, with Freebird as the lead developer. South Park Commons is for households between 20-60% AMI.
