Rotary Bridgeway is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in Fremont, Alameda County. The community offers 18 studios, one-and two- bedrooms units within a multifamily property. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 30%, 35%, and 50% Area Median Income (AMI). The community participates in HOME and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, helping preserve high-quality affordable housing for the long term. Developed in partnership with Alameda County HCD and City of Fremont, the community is committed to providing safe, stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection.
