Parkmoor Community Apartments is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in San Jose, CA, Santa Clara County serving families and transition aged youth. The community offers 81 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units within a multifamily environment. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 30%, 50%, and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). The community participates in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, helping preserve high-quality affordable housing for the long term. Developed in partnership with Santa Clara County and the City of San Jose, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection.
