Market is a thoughtfully designed supplemental living center located in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The community offers four single room occupancy (SRO) units within a single-family home environment. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 30% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with County of Santa Clara and the Silicon Valley Independent Living Center (SVILC), the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
