Margaret Gordon West Port, an affordable housing site in West Oakland, provides 58 units of supportive housing that strengthens the Oakland community and provides stability to the families and children who live there. Twenty-eight apartments are permanent supportive housing set aside for people who experienced chronic homelessness. Margaret Gordon West Port is the third Oakland affordable housing development on which Abode and EBALDC have partnered since 2025.
