Lorenzo Creek Apartments is a 28-unit affordable housing community located in Castro Valley, Alameda County. The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units within a multifamily property environment. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 20%, 35%, and 50% Area Median Income (AMI). The community participates in the HOME and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, helping preserve high-quality affordable housing for the long term. Developed in partnership with County of Alameda (HACA), the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection.
