Longview is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County. The community offers six single room occupancy (SRO) units within a single-family shared housing environment. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with the California Department of Housing and Community Development CHRP Program, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
