Kifer Senior Apartments is a six-story building on a half-acre property at 3333 Kifer Road in the city of Santa Clara. This housing site provides permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless, low-income, and veteran senior (55+) households. It was developed by Abode Housing Development while wrap around services are provided by Abode Services to all residents. Common areas include a rooftop terrace, community space, computer room, and management and services offices Our goal is to create a community that provides secure, stable quality housing along with a sense of place.
