Howard Collins Bridgeway is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in Fremont, Alameda County. The community offers eight two- and three-bedroom units within a multifamily property. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with Alameda County HCD and the City of Fremont, the community is committed to providing safe, stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
