Heritage House is a renovated former assisted living facility that consists of 66 affordable apartments including 58 studios and 8 one-bedroom units. This property was renovated by Abode Housing Development in 2024 while Abode Services provides on-site support including case management, mobile health support, education and socialization opportunities, behavioral health, and so much more. The complex has a large Community Space on the ground floor, with a regularly stocked community pantry and refrigerator which helps address food insecurity, furnished lounges and lending libraries on each upper floor supported by a local community bookstore, and laundry facilities.
