Depot Community Apartments is located on a 3.124-acreproperty in the Mt. Eden neighborhood in the city of Hayward. This housing site provides permanent supportive housing to rehouse formerly homeless individuals and other Alameda County residents who need affordable housing. This site was developed by Abode Housing Development while wraparound services are provided by Abode Services to its residents. AHD designed the site with a special focus on shared amenities and community spaces to foster an optimal environment for building community, promoting mental healing, and supporting self-stabilization.
