Curtner is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The community offers six single room occupancy (SRO) units within a single-family shared housing environment. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with the City of San Jose and the Santa Clara County Housing Authority, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
