City Center Apartments has 60 units on a one-acre property in the Centerville District in the city of Fremont. This housing site provides affordable and permanent supportive housing that rehouses formerly homeless individuals and veterans or those on the verge of experiencing homelessness. City Center Apartments creates a community that provides secure, stable quality housing along with a sense of place, designed specifically to address homelessness through permanent supportive housing.
