Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 30% and 50% Area Median Income (AMI) Developed in partnership with The City of Newark, Alameda County HCD, and the California Department of Housing and Community Development Homekey program, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection.
