Casa de Novo is a thoughtfully designed single room occupancy (SRO) permanent supportive housing community located in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The community offers 27 one- and two- bedroom units within a multifamily property. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 30% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with City of San Jose and the California Department of Housing and Community Development Homekey program, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
