Canyon Vista is a thoughtfully designed transitional and permanent supportive housing community located in Redwood City, County of San Mateo and is a part of the Cordilleras Health Campus. The community offers 57 co-housing and single room occupancy (SRO) units within a multifamily property. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with the County of San Mateo and San Mateo County Health, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
