Burning Tree is a thoughtfully designed affordable housing community located in San Jose, Santa Clara County County. The community offers one five-bedroom unit within a single-family home environment. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with City of San Jose and the Housing Trust of Silicon Valley, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
