Bessie Coleman Court is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in the City of Alameda. The community offers 53 single room occupancy (SRO) and two-bedroom units within a multifamily property. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with Alameda County HCD, City of Alameda, County of Alameda, the community is committed to providing safe, stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
