The Arbor View Apartments is a 67-unit new construction multifamily building constructed by Abode Housing Development. Seventeen of the 67 units will be reserved specifically for homeless veteran households. The Project will offer a variety of community amenities including a community room, on-site management, playground, a rooftop patio, intensive case management services, and other resident services. In addition to being in a high resource area, the project will have access to a variety of amenities within ½ mile, including a grocery store, a pharmacy, bus stops, a variety of retail stores and restaurants, banks, public parks, places of worship, and mailing facilities. This apartment complex is planned to be completed by the end of 2028.
