Alma Gardens is a welcoming affordable apartment community located in the heart of Palo Alto, offering thoughtfully designed studio and one-bedroom homes for income-qualified individuals. Conveniently situated near public transportation, neighborhood parks, shopping, and essential services, Alma Gardens provides residents with easy access to everything needed for everyday living. Developed in partnership with the City of Palo Alto and Santa Clara County, the community is committed to expanding affordable housing opportunities while fostering long-term housing stability. Homes are available to eligible households meeting income requirements of up to 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with resident selection preferences applied in accordance with local housing program guidelines.
