5684 Hoffman is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The multifamily community offers eight single room occupancy (SRO) and two-bedrooms units. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Developed in partnership with City of San Jose, the community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection. Resident selection preferences may apply in accordance with program requirements.
