5629 Hoffman is a thoughtfully designed permanent supportive housing community located in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The multifamily community offers eight single room occupancy (SRO and two-bedroom units. Housing is available to income-qualified households generally earning up to 80% AMI Area Median Income (AMI). The community is committed to providing stable housing while fostering resident success and neighborhood connection.
